Alejano Blames Anti Dynasty Law for Low Number of SK Candidates, Sen Sotto Disagrees

Magdalo Rep. Gary Alejano blamed the anti-dyansty law being the reason why the number of candidates for the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections were very low as compared to the previous elections.
