“Dear Fellow Filipinos. Dahil sa sunod-sunod na scandals involving public officials, Katay Digong had a meeting with his top leaders!” Reads the post at Silent No More PH Facebook page on May 29, 2018. Along with the caption are two different photos of President Duterte having a meeting in MalacaƱang Palace, with a group of people.
But according to Vera Files, the said event is not a crisis meeting. Instead, President Duterte met with some Congress leaders and members of Bangsmoro Transition Commission (BTC) and discussed the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL), which aims to replace the current Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).

To prove their point, the Fact Checker included a tweet of GMA News reporter Joseph Morong of the same photos. Interestingly, the same photos also appeared in ABS-CBN News and Rappler. Apparently, it appears that Silent No More PH took advantage of the subsequent resignations of some government officials, a few weeks earlier.
This includes former Tourism Secretary Wanda Teo, who resigned on May 8, following a controversy involving a P60-million deal of the Tourism department for the advertisements of the TV show of her brothers, Erwin and Ben Tulfo. Former Tourism Promotions Board chief Cesar Montano resigned on May 21, on alleged overspending.
As of posting, Silent No More has not yet removed their fake news on Facebook. It has now 226 Shares and over 268 comments, mostly against President Duterte. But while Vera Files appears to be doing their job, it can be noticed that they only published their Fact Check on Monday, June 18, almost 3 weeks after the fake news was posted.
