VP Robredo said in an ambush interview.
(First of all, we need to maintain a clean election. Don’t use money or force, and don’t destroy your political enemies in order to win. Follow the rules of Comelec, and be fair. Be simple in their clothes and speeches.)
The 53-year old vice president added.

(I am proud to say this because this is the reason why the people voted for me. You really need to have a clean conscience because the public will feel if you are only fooling them. Voters now are intelligent, you will not win if your name is involved in corruption.)
Last Thursday, the Comelec reminded the candidates where they are not allowed to post their campaign materials or posters. This includes trees; light posts; electrical wires; schools’ waiting sheds’ sidewalks; traffic signs; bridges; airports; seaports; government vehicles and offices; overpasses and underpasses; and center islands.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court (SC) continues to sit as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) for manual vote recount for the vice-presidential race in the 2016 elections, after former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. filed an electoral protest. After 4 weeks, there were a lot of alleged anomalies pointing to Robredo.
